Abstract

This learning was to review the body proportions amid females. For that (200) working female subject’s age group of 40-60 years from government and private sectors of Amritsar district Punjab were selected. To assess the body proportion status on body mass index (BMI), visceral fat, body fat percentage and muscle mass percentage of working females randomly divided into two classes of working females Class A =100 and Class B = 100 (class B =75 and class C = 25) and to identify any significant differences between the classes of working females means values on testing variables paired t-test was employed with the help of statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) 16.0. The level of significance was set at 0.05 percent. The result was confirmed that, that there were significant difference found among the class A and class B of working females on the tested variables body mass index (BMI), visceral fat, body fat percentage and muscle mass percentage
