Abstract

Youth, skills, talents, knowledge, entrepreneurship and startup businesses are the driving forces of economic growth and social development for any nation. Entrepreneurship and startup business have become a buzz word which has innumerous opportunities not only for economic development but for employment generation also. Government of India launched startup policy in 2016 to motivate young talents towards new and innovative businesses instead of serving in MNC’s. Since 2014 a total of 7200+ startup businesses have been started and according to a research, it has been said that a single startup business provides employment to at least 30 peoples[1]. In Madhya Pradesh also, 500+ startup businesses in different sectors especially in-service sector has developed as on July 2019.[2]
