The primordial concern of human being is to develop good, right and positive dispositions or
virtues. Considering this perspective, the ultimate nature of human learning is to identify the
better ways of existence and sustainability whether through informal or formal means and
that usually is known as „character development‟ or „character building‟ or „character
education‟. The present paper contemplates the issue of meaningful research in this field and
develops the discourse of relationship with its determinants
